There are about a 100 species of Kingfishers in the world.
The 26 species of those that I have observed can be seen on this page.
These 26 different kingfisher-species give a good view of the variety in color and size within this family of beautiful birds.
It also gives a good impression of the species that can be seen in different parts of the world without too much difficulty.
